Warm heated indoor swimming pool, excellent breakfast options, safety features with monitored parking lot

Noise disturbances from rowdy guests late at night!!! Cleaning standards could use attention, especially around the chairs and fixtures!!! TV remote confusion makes unwinding difficult!!!

Super clean rooms and the staff were really friendly! The breakfast was better than I expected – lots of tasty options to choose from. One bummer was that I had zero cell service the whole time, so plan ahead if you need to contact anyone. Overall, I'd totally recommend it!

I had a great time here, especially enjoying the nice clean environment and the fantastic pool area, which was perfect for unwinding. I was in a King Suite with Balcony. The room was clean and had a nice layout. It felt spacious. The quality was impressive for the price I paid. The only thing I wished for was more USB ports for charging devices. Everything else was solid!

Solid selection for a couple of nights in Jacksonville with all in all brilliant value for money. The complimentary breakfast had good options to fuel up before a busy day. Make sure to communicate with staff if you're traveling with kids to avoid any disturbances.

The indoor pool was warm and perfect for relaxing. Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Breakfast was great with fresh options like eggs and sausage. The staff, especially Jeanie, were super friendly and helped us feel at home.

The king room was quiet and comfortable, which was a big plus for my stay. I loved that the staff welcomed my dog with enthusiasm, making us feel at home. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. However, the hallways had a musty smell, and there were dehumidifiers scattered around, which was a bit off-putting.

Our group enjoyed a restful night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The pool was a highlight for the kids, and breakfast provided ample options to fuel our day. However, the TV's remote issues were annoying. Future guests should ask for a TV guide at check-in!
